Store have coupon policies to help both you understand what is and is not allowed. Before you shop at your favorite store it is important you understand your own store’s coupon policy.
In fact, I recommend you not only read them, but print and keep them with you in your coupon binder (or via a link on your phone). That way, should you have questions or issues when you shop, you can visit with a manager and review the policy.

DO THE CASHIERS KNOW THESE POLICIES?
They should. However, not all of them receive full training with coupon redemption. They rely only upon a short amount of training and their own knowledge. This is why it is important that you have the policy handy so you can address issues as they may arise.
