It seems when January rolls around, many people vow to make a change and eat healthily and begin a fitness routine. They instantly run to a local gym and sign up. The idea is that if I pay for the membership I will use it and it will be the right way for me to get on the right path.
Sadly, this is not what happens. For many, the thrill of the gym quickly fades, but the fees for the membership continue. Before you jump on the gym bandwagon, you might try to workout at home — for free!

You don’t even need to pay a dime if you create your own workout cycle. For example, you can walk and down your stairs for 10 minutes, then do 25 situps followed by 25 pushups. Repeat the cycle until you get in a full workout.
